Baby face at 30 weeks and 2 days

At our appointment yesterday we had another ultrasound because they were a little curious as to how big Caleb and I were measuring up to this point. Turns out we're still 2 weeks ahead and his estimated weight right now is 4.5 lbs. Looks like we've got a big healthy boy! I was excited to get to see him but words cannot describe how I felt when I heard his heartbeat and saw his sweet face. Of course we think he's just adorable but I'll let you see for yourself...







It's still too early to tell if he'll be early or not but they're going to keep monitoring us from here on out. Here's a belly shot at right at 30 weeks.

Lydia Ruth

We went to the hospital to meet the newest Bart on Wed. night. She's so precious and looks like her big brother did when he was born. I see more of Jen in Lydia though. They all are doing well, what a sweet time!

Baby Shower for Amanda and Mia

My college roommate and one of my best friends is expecting a little girl in August. Throwing a shower for her was so much fun, especially with all the pink and green since I'm having a boy.

Exterior updates

As if painting the nursery wasn't enough to tackle in one weekend, we also decided that we would go ahead and paint the shutters and the front door. They were faded badly and were starting to look pink, plus we had help. Before everything could be painted, Nick and his mom power washed the house and put out fresh mulch. Here's the results...much improved we think!
